Storage

The state of the art warehouse we occupy is equipped with climate controlled technology. It contains multiple overhead doors & cranes and Hi-Lo’s for efficient, safe and secure loading and unloading of trucks and steel. Our warehouse is strategically located near multiple highways in the metropolitan Detroit area allowing for the most cost effective shipping on any size order.

Processing & Inventory Management

Sabre Steel provides testing and slitting of numerous flat-rolled high-carbon steel products. The slitting machines utilized allow for accurate cutting at your specified width and length. This precision slitting ability ultimately produces minimal scrap and maximum yield production at minimal cost. In addition to slitting, we are able to have all of our steel tested to ensure the highest quality material.

Sabre also implements an inventory management system to reduce our customers’ carrying costs. We are able to stock inventory either as master coils or on a slit width coil basis. The AIAG approved bar code tagging applied on all steel allows for accurate and efficient inventory tracking and shipment. This ability enables us to supply the various sizes to you on a just-in-time basis to reduce your carrying costs.

Sabre Steel, your favorite steel service center, provides on-time delivery to fulfill your just-in-time inventory requirements. The high carbon and HSLA steel Sabre provides is currently supplied throughout the Midwest region of the country. This distribution flexibility allows for rapid and accurate delivery to coincide with your production schedules and commitments.
